I Find Myself Again

A poem about self love and finding yourself again
Because life is about rediscovering yourself; over and over again

I feel good about myself again

I start taking care of my body and my skin again

Take a long walk in the morning again

Eating clean real food and drink more water again

Smile often, be more gentle to children

Feeding stray cats and abandoned animals on the street

Write more often, cleanse my soul

Pray with all my heart and meditate regularly

Showing more love and gratitude

Surprisingly children love me back

Cats approaching me

Long lost friends contacting me

And my daughter hugs me more often

Everything starts aligning like never before

And most importantly;

I finally find myself again

My courage, my strength, my will to carry on

In short, I start loving myself again
