I feel lost in the city of love

Nobody, no friends, no love

No shoulder to cry on

No-one to talk to

I feel lost in the city of love

But loss has taught me something

It has soften my heart

Sharpen my intuition

Toughen my fragile soul

They say loneliness kills you from the inside

But loneliness also teaches you kindness and gratitude

Whether it is good or bad

Love is two sides of a coin

In loneliness you hurry love

Knowing not it eats you alive
